The SMART Quarterly Real Estate Market Summit and Real Estate Market Conditions is a live event designed to keep SMART office Metro Brokers on top of all conditions that effect the Real Estate markets in metro Denver and the front range of Colorado.
The End of the quarter summits will coincide with the traditional Potato Thursday meetings. It will always be the last Thursday of each ending quarter on a regular scheduled meeting date.

Mike joined The Genesis Group in July 1996, is a Certified General Appraiser in Colorado, is editor of the company's quarterly metro Denver "Housing Overview" and serves the company's clients with a varied practice of consulting services and market research/studies including a specialty in urban density, mixed-use and Transit-Oriented Development properties.
