Below is an outline of the costs for Oasis® brokers.

  • Software and building Access Fee
    The Platform access fee includes a custom internet access connection to all the software products supported by Realty Oasis®. These include all Microsoft Outlook®, Microsoft Office®, Microsoft Exchange® server, Trueforms® contracts,  QuickList CMA software®, Realty Assistant®, Telnet Digital MLS, Ufarmit® post card marketing system and FAXPRESS® FAX file server, Altiview Console® VOiP phone management to name a few. All document retention (contracts) is done electronically. All internet transaction management access is also included. All office connections are via high-speed T-1 connections.  Wireless access and PDA synching are available features. Here's the most important part: Nothing to buy,  nothing to maintain, virus protection and data backup done daily.

    Includes in office multiple staffing from 8pm to 5pm. Every office staff member is an licensed Real estate Broker. Staffing  will coordinate and facilitate communication between client, broker and transaction members through telephone, fax and internet tools. Such features as electronic document posting and 24/7/365 internet access for broker and clients to their transaction files is the STANDARD at Realty Oasis®.  Custom Client internet log in for all transaction information. Setting showings and also showing feedback acquisition, addendum preparation, on-line transaction digitizing and storage.  All important critical date monitoring and calendar posting for client and broker. Inspection and closing scheduling. Inspection and addendum preparation, File checking and file auditing.

  • Marketing Fee per listing  - Buffalo River Studios - Includes all staffing, deliveries, all marketing production costs, up to 200 color brochures, Visual Tours®, MLS entry, all digital photos, sign placement, lockbox placement, brochure box, sold rider, internet posting to 10 sites, 100 just listed and 100 just sold cards production and mailing additional brochure printing and delivery. Oh, and a custom "Baked Goods" gift sent to your client after the listing!  Look like the PRO you really want to be.

Office Arrangements:  
  • Private Offices 
    Available on a first come request basis for between $500 and  $700 per month, 1 year commitment. Offices maybe shared with one other broker, however one of the two will be responsible for the monthly fee. Two phone lines and 2 data ports for T1 internet in each office.  Access to four internet viewing rooms also available. (12' x 14')

    Available on a first come request basis for $300 month 1 year commitment.  Cubes may be shared with other brokers, however one of the Brokers will be responsible for the monthly fee. Lockable file drawer, above desk flipper cabinet.  Brand new. One phone and one data port for T1 internet per cube.   Access to four internet viewing rooms also available. (6' x 6')

  • Broker Board Table
    16' cherry board table equipped with 10 high speed data ports for laptop access and  one computer workstation (PC) is provided. The PC is intended for short term use of all brokers in the office. Brokers are required to use their private laptop should they want to use the company provided computer longer than 10 minutes at any one time.  Ten phones and ten data ports for T1 internet are provided.  Access to three internet viewing rooms also available.
