Our Quick Start Training Program
The SMART Office Network Metro Brokers offers comprehensive training to help new and experienced agents learn and 'experience the techniques needed to achieve success. The multi-faceted approach, taught by a staff of trainers, systematically exposes our associates to a variety of situations which build confidence
and expertise. This orientation program is structured to help guide
agents through the real estate process as well as business development
techniques. Our Broker Associates learn the business in an organized
format that shows them step by step how to jumpstart their career.
The program begins with the basics of how to properly measure and list a home, and continues through the process of marketing and selling it. Time management, goal setting, and the how-tos of prospecting for new clients are also topics included.
Mentor Program
Our mentor program matches new licensees with experienced agents for in-field training. This program is offered at no cost to our associates. Your mentor is there to help you through your first three transactions or your first year, whichever comes first. Your mentor will work side-by-side with you as your learn the industry and fine-tune your skills. The Mentoring Program provides you with the confidence you need to quickly progress through the early stages of your career.
Coaching Program
In addition to the training offered for new agents, the SMART Office Network Metro Brokers also offers classes for seasoned agents. Classes are offered periodically on various topics of interest. These courses are customized to help individuals excel in the real estate business. Our full-time computer trainer offers classes on the MLS system, Internet and IDX web sites, word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and more. Seminars and workshops are offered to Broker Associates throughout the year to keep them on the cutting edge of the real estate industry.
