2010 Metro Denver September Residential Homes and Condo Statistics

Residential home sales volume and average sold prices have stayed up in the Denver Metro Area during 2010 compared to the same time during 2009, however the margin is narrowing. Home prices are tightening up and sales are not increasing at a very rapid rate. Below is a chart that shows home sales statistics through September 9, 2010.

Condominium average sold prices for the Denver Metro area are down, while sales volume is still ahead of where it was at this time last year. Changes to the FHA condo approval process may be responsible for some of the declines in the condo market.

The annual event just isn't enough!

Now we have a monthly event where we can gather to share and learn in an open environment. The format will be two 1-hour sessions of currently relevant topics. Instead of a lecture, we all join in the discussion. Technology and tools are being created at an alarming rate. We have to work hard at keeping up, this forum will help us do that. It won't be limited to the tech savvy.

We are inviting everyone to join in. Using this format we can speak to the needs of everyone. The sessions won't depend on only one person, but on the group as a whole. In the many REBarCamps I've attended before we end up brainstorming and learning so much more then we ever thought. Think of this as a monthly Mini-BarCamp!
