The SMART Office Network Inverness location is one of our six Metro Brokers offices within the SMART Office Network. Generally all of our monthly classes are held there, but occasionally they may take place at one of our other SMART Offices. Our monthly classes are also held online for those that prefer to attend from the comfort of their home or any other location with Internet service. Our monthly classes include: Transaction Management, Outlook, CTM eContracts, How to Customize Your FREE Metro Brokers Personal Website, and Active Realty Solutions (CMA Software and Email Property Alerts).

The Metro Brokers Corporate office provides periodic CE courses at reduced and sometimes no cost to its brokers. It also offers monthly website training to make the most of your FREE personal website and other classes throughout the year. The education and courses offered by the Metro Brokers Corporate office are open to all of the brokers within the SMART Office Network as well as all the Metro Brokers Real Estate agents in Colorado. Attending a training at Metro Brokers Corporate office is a great way to get to know your fellow Metro Brokers agents as well as stay up on industry changes.

Armbrust Real Estate Institute

The Armbrust Real Estate Institute is affiliated with both the SMART Office Network and Metro Brokers corporate office and offers classes at discounted cost or no cost to our SMART Office brokers and other Metro Brokers agents. The Armbrust Real Estate Institute is highly acclaimed for its Real Estate education and training that it offers. Each year they provide a few classes at no charge to the brokers within our SMART Office Network, including the Commission Update course (CE Credit) and a contracts update class (CE Credit). Armbrust Real Estate Institute is a great place to obtain the necessary continuing education required by the Real Estate Commission. They also offer a variety of courses to improve your Real Estate Business, for example their Home Evaluation course is invaluable, especially in today's uncharacteristically low market.

The SMART Office Network is affiliated with Five Rings Financial, who offers a unique professional opportunity for individuals interested in pursuing a career in the financial services field. The Microsoft Store offers FREE classes in their state-of-the-art theater. They offer a variety of classes from entry level to advanced level classes, many of which are very valuable tools to today's technical Realtor. Remember technology will not replace Real Estate Brokers. Brokers with technolody will replace Real Estate Brokers.

Metro Brokers, Inc. and Armbrust Real Estate Institute are offering 3 scholarships in 2010 to individuals committed to investing in their future real estate career. We have three - $500 scholarships available for individuals to apply toward tuition costs of their Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing course at Armbrust Real Estate Institute. Upon completion of the course and passing of the state exam, Metro Brokers, Inc. will assist in placing you in one of our 81 offices within Colorado. Your commitment is to remain for at least one year, upon placement, with Metro Brokers, Inc. In that time youll find that Metro Brokers, Inc. The SMART Office Network Metro Brokers offers comprehensive training to help new and experienced agents learn and 'experience the techniques needed to achieve success. The multi-faceted approach, taught by a staff of trainers, systematically exposes our associates to a variety of situations which build confidence and expertise. This orientation program is structured to help guide agents through the real estate process as well as business development techniques. Our Broker Associates learn the business in an organized format that shows them step by step how to jumpstart their career.

The program begins with the basics of how to properly measure and list a home, and continues through the process of marketing and selling it. Time management, goal setting, and the how-tos of prospecting for new clients are also topics included.

Mentor Program
Our mentor program matches new licensees with experienced agents for in-field training. This program is offered at no cost to our associates. Your mentor is there to help you through your first three transactions or your first year, whichever comes first. Your mentor will work side-by-side with you as your learn the industry and fine-tune your skills. The Mentoring Program provides you with the confidence you need to quickly progress through the early stages of your career.

Coaching Program
In addition to the training offered for new agents, the SMART Office Network Metro Brokers also offers classes for seasoned agents. Classes are offered periodically on various topics of interest. These courses are customized to help individuals excel in the real estate business. Our full-time computer trainer offers classes on the MLS system, Internet and IDX web sites, word processing, spreadsheets, desktop publishing, and more. Seminars and workshops are offered to Broker Associates throughout the year to keep them on the cutting edge of the real estate industry.
