Persistence:

In my 13 years of being an entrepreneur, I have watched some small business owners and self employed people prosper and many more struggle and quit. There are certain laws that propel people to success and those that are successful know these laws while others continue down a path in total ignorance. Much like gravity, the laws of persistence work for those that are aware. In this talk, I expand on the 4 principles that create persistence based on Napoleon Hill's greatest work, Think and Grow Rich. I was introduced to these laws early in my career and when things were working I was in adherence and when things were not, I too was frustrated and discouraged. It was only when I went back and revisited these 4 key points that I was able to turn things around. These helped significantly grow our business during the great recession while others in my industry of financial services were running for cover. In Think and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill calls these "the steps which one may control one's economic destiny, steps that lead to riches in small or great quantities, steps that lead to the mastery of fear and discouragement and these represent the steps which lead Henry Ford and Thomas Edison to incredible achievement." In this talk which I have given hundreds of times to thousands of people I deliver practical steps and depth to these life changing principles.
