Hey Brad! I'm wondering if you might be able to help us. We are trying to find a small house in Castle Rock for our daughter and two kids. It needs to be something small and affordable. She would prefer the meadows, but is open to whatever is out there, preferably a house, versus a condo. We are looking at less than $150,000 because she is a single mom and we will need to co-sign or help buy it. Her husband of less than two years is leaving her, with a 1 1/2 year old and due with another in November. Can you believe it? So, we would like to see if we can qualify to help her get into a small home she can call her own and raise her kids in.

Yes I agree to the comments, I recommend house cleaning denver always does a fantastic job and I really love it when I come home and the towels are folded and the beds are made.
