Do you have production requirements?
Yes, being one of the top transactions per agent companies in the Metro Broker System, we do have minimum requirements.  Our systems were not built and designed for part time or low energy brokers. 

Do I have to use transaction management? 
No for independant Brokers and Yes for Realty Oasis Brokers. Our transaction management gives you the broker and your client access to transaction information over the Internet and reduces broker liability. This is not a DUMB fee-- you are paying for the technology and staffing required to service the broker and the client as well as risk reduction. You will find that you have more time to do what's the most important--spending time with your clients and family instead of handling the details.

Do I have to use the in-house marketing service for my listings?      
No, this is an optional service available to you. Buffalo River Studios can provide these services as well as other graphic design and marketing tasks.

How can you offer so much for the fee structure?
The real question should be "How can you pay so much now and get so little in return?"  The answer is that most companies founded prior to 2000 where based on business principals and technology as dated as the 1960's. So why would they change for you? If you keep paying your bill or giving your business away with excessive splits? You need to vote with proper business sense and go where the tools are to do business. Someday, everybody will do business the way Oasis® does business.

Do I have to use any affiliated business partners?
No.  We do not force you to use any business partner regardless of where you work. The affiliated businesses are on site and are there for your convenience and service. These include the following business opportunities: mortgage, title insurance, property insurance, home inspection, home warranty, relocation, property management, financial planning, estate planning and construction services.

Do you have floor and do I have to take it?
No, all brokers have private phone numbers and some even have complete custom AUTO ATTENDANTS to shift and sort their calls to them.  Inquiries on properties are directed to the listing broker or proper Team Member. Your business is your business.

Do you have sales meetings I have to attend?
No and yes.  It's all up to you!  We offer daily training on some of the most sophisticated IDX web sites and business software in the Industry.  Our office culture is not Ra Ra, just learn and earn.  We help people who want to help themselves.

Do I need a computer?
Yes, you will need some type of device to access the Internet.  If you plan on working at the physical office location for long periods of time, a laptop is recommended.  Data port connections are available throughout the office complex.

Do I get leads?
Yes.  Leads are generated from our exposure on multiple Internet sites and are available to associates under certain conditions. If you would like further information about leads, please set up a personal interview.

Do I have to buy any software?
No.  You don't need any additional software to be fully functional at Realty Oasis.

Do I have to have high-speed Internet to connect to Realty Oasis?
No.  High-speed Internet access is not required.  The Realty Oasis® applications run on normal dial-up connections.  In order to be truly productive you should consider high-speed Internet--the time savings is well worth the cost.

What about virus protection and back ups?
First ask yourself when you last did a virus scan and when is your back up from yesterday or last week?  Our firewall and 24/7 virus scanning assures that you operate in an virus free environment. Furthermore, double back-ups and off-site storage insure proper data safety.
 
Who handles upgrades and software updates?
Any software updates or upgrades are done on the corporate servers and not on your PC. One of the benefits of Realty Oasis® is you have no software and no hassles. Just sell real estate.

Who owns the data?
Your data and your people belong to you!  We are not in the business of database mining, we leave that up to you!

What about Wireless and PDA integration? 

The Meridian office, as well as all "Hot Spot" offices are 100% wireless.  All contact management software, calendars, lead management, and real estate software is integrated with the new PDA-Pocket PC phones.
